Mel’s bathrooms in her beautiful Suffolk home needed an update, so she turned to the people she already trusted: Matki.
When Mel and her husband moved into their new home in Suffolk, they decided to update it to suit their taste. They’d already used Matki for the bathrooms in their previous house, so they didn’t hesitate in choosing us again.
The service is unbeatable
We’d used Matki before in our London home. We had such incredible service from them that it made perfect sense to choose them again.
We previously had a Matki bespoke shower enclosure that lasted well over ten years. One day, the door came off its rails – perfectly normal for a decade-old shower, we thought. However, when we contacted Matki about it, they came out immediately and replaced it for free. I couldn’t believe it! I was absolutely blown away by the service they gave us. It’s so rare to find these days.
The perfect fit for our lovely, wonky house
Our house has lots of character and period features, so we wanted to make sure our three bathrooms were in keeping with the rest of the rooms.
Two of our bathrooms were an easy fix and we chose the classic EauZone screens as they’re so timeless. Our third bathroom was a little trickier due to the shape of the eaves, so we needed a bespoke solution, which we knew Matki could help with.
For the fixtures, we chose the Brushed Brass finish. They already look like they were made for the house and they’ll also age beautifully over time.
The right advice at the right time
Renovating a house is hard work and I found I had real decision fatigue. That’s when Matki’s advice was invaluable. They took the jumble of thoughts in my head and turned them into something practical and beautiful.
