Health Check

If for any reason you are concerned about the performance or appearance of your Matki Shower Enclosure, be it immediately after installation or following decades of use, a Health Check can provide diagnosis and reassurance.

A Health check includes:

1. A detailed inspection of the product by an expert Matki Customer Services Engineer.

2. A full report emailed to you soon after the visit detailing any issues and recommending next steps.

Shower Screen Service

The Matki Service is focused on maintenance and, if necessary, repair of your Matki product to ensure it performs at its optimum level and will continue to do so for years to come. The service refreshes the workings and appearance of the shower screen or door.

A Shower Screen Service includes:

1. Health Check and Detailed Report.

2. Repair or replacement of mechanical components requiring attention.

3. Replacement of Door Seals.

A 12 month warranty is given after this service to cover any parts changed and labour.

Shower Mixer Service

The engine of a Shower Mixer is the Shower Valve. The Shower Mixer Service entails the complete replacement of the Shower Valve’s mechanical components, giving your Matki product a brand new engine to drive it. This prolongs the life and improves the performance of your Shower Mixer.

A Shower Mixer Service includes:

1. Replacement of the internal Shower Valve.

2. Temperature setting and adjustment.

A 12 month warranty is given after this service to cover any parts changed and labour.

Please note, the water to the Shower Mixer must be isolated, via isolation valves, for this service to be completed.

Glass Guard Service

Matki Glass Guard is an easy-clean protective nano-coating now included with all Matki products. It allows water to form minute beads which easily trickle off the surface of the glass, making the glass easier to clean.

The Glass Guard Service renews the easy-clean protection and refreshes the appearance of the Matki product. It includes the following:

1. Comprehensive Clean of all Glass Panels.

2. Application of Matki Glass Guard Easy-clean Protection.

3. Replacement of Door Seals.

Please note, although the Matki Service Engineer will do their utmost, in cases where glass has not been maintained regularly, some water marks may be impossible to remove. A photograph of the glass condition may be requested during booking.
